It would be great if the service was there everytime we needed it. I don't think that would be asking too much of carriers.
Especially since we pay for the service every month. We are not asking for much at all.

Cell phone companies need to train their salespeople better.
Don't get me wrong, they are wonderful salespeople.
It's just that the cell phone service plans are so complex, that your salespeople have a hard time explaining them.
Not only that, there are so many service plans. How do you expect them to keep up without proper training?
